We Have a Hassle-Free 10 Days Returns & Exchange Policy

Our quality and customer service makes sure that your experience with us and our products is exceptional, but for any reason, if you would like to return or exchange your order, just WhatsApp us at +92 347 7758683.

Our Customer Service Team will arrange for a smooth return/exchange process for you.

We refund 100%, and don’t play dirty games of store credits or wallets.

  1. Exchange item will be delivered within 5-7 working days as per the availability of the product. Customer need to hand over the returnable item at the time of delivery. 
  2. The return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
  3. Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get exchange/refund.
  4. The cost of delivery/pick up will be paid for by the customer. Rest of the amount will be transferred back to the customer within 10 working days.
  5. The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn’t been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED.
  6. Pickup will be arranged within 5-7 working days.
  7. Refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer within 10 days of the pick up. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
  8. In case refund, the customer can handle the delivery back to us as well. The address shall be provided upon customer’s request via WhatsApp. 
  9. Above mentioned policy is applicable for the customers in Pakistan only.
